Microsoft has just announced that it will be making a brand new Xbox controller inspired by the military, dubbed the special edition Recon Tech wireless controller, which is set to release next month.
With a sleek and pragmatic design inspired by “military technology, combat armor and sci-fi mechanical gear,” this new Xbox controller has Laser-etched textures on the front and rubberised grips on the back. As with other Xbox wireless controllers, this upcoming controller will also be bluetooth compatible. mighty
The Recon Tech controller will be available from April 25th for $70USD, which is still half the price of the Xbox Elite wireless controller.
