Formula One two-time world champion, Fernando Alonso, is the first F1 driver with his own esports team.
The McLaren Honda driver launched his team, FA Racing G2 Logitech G team (what a mouthful of a name), last week in partnership with Logitech and is serving as the team principal.
With esports racing becoming more popular, particularly with the launch of the Formula 1 Esports Series, Alonso states that the move towards esports is “only logical”.
