The all female film, Ocean’s 8, which follows in the footsteps of the all male Ocean’s trilogy, has dropped its first trailer.
The film essentially is a twist on Steven Soderbergh’s heist series, in which a crew is brought together to pull of an incredibly impossible heist. This iteration of the film stars the ensemble cast of Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Rihanna, Mindy Kaling, Awkwafina, Sarah Paulson, and Helena Bonham Carter, and follows Debbie Ocean (Bullock), the estranged sister of George Clooney’s Danny Ocean, as she helms a new crew to pull of stealing a $150,000,000 necklace.
Ocean’s 8 is due to release in June 2018, eleven years after Ocean’s Thirteen, the last installment of the series. Check out the trailer below.

This looks pretty interesting. I love the all woman team concept and this should prove to be very entertaining.
That being said, I wonder if any members from the original trilogy will make a cameo.
If not, there's James Corden. I love James Corden!
I totally agree. The actresses in the film are all of high calibre and being led by Sandra Bullock? I'm super keen! Matt Damon is supposedly making a cameo (not entire sure why him and not George Clooney or Brad Pitt) but there's a petition going around to get him removed due to some of his comments surrounding sexual harassment etc. James Corden would be a nice touch for sure, but I'm quite happy for there to be no cameos and for the films to focus on the women involved.
I understand. Whenever I think of Sandra Bullock, I can't help but think of Raj's (TBBT) adoration for her. Sandy B is a legend!
