This red logo reveal had gamers and Red Dead Redemption fans worldwide buzzing with anticipation at the thought of a huge gaming announcement.
Then Rockstar Games decided to flesh their initial tease out to this:
Once again the gaming community was rife with speculation and eager anticipation.
Now, after days of teasing and endless speculation, Rockstar Games have finally revealed what fans have been long awaiting, Red Dead Redemption 2.
In the early hours of this morning, Rockstar Games announced the sequel to the popular Western themed video game, and cited that the game will release worldwide on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in the Fall of 2017 (Spring 2017 for those of us in New Zealand), a trailer for which will be unveiled on Thursday, October 20th.
According to the company’s post on their newswire website, Red Dead Redemption 2 will be “an epic tale of life in America’s unforgiving heartland, the game’s vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand new online multiplayer experience.”
