Ubisoft’s E3 2019 press conference this morning certainly included some interesting looking titles, with exciting new reveals of previously announced (or rather leaked) titles being shown off.
Here’s a recap of the top announcements from Ubisoft this year.
Watch Dogs Legion
Though leaked ahead of time via an Amazon listing, Ubisoft showcased a gameplay trailer for the next title in the Watch Dogs series as well as revealed a release date: March 6, 2020 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and Stadia. Watch Dogs Legion is set in London and players can recruit and play as anyone they come across, with each character possessing unique abilities and personalities.
Adventure Time Characters Coming To Brawlhalla
Jake the Dog, Finn the Human, and Princess Bubblegum from Adventure Time are available now for 300 Mammoth coins each in Brawlhalla during a limited-time event ending June 25. Additionally, the crossover brings a new mode, map, and themed KO effects that will stick around after the event ends.
Ghost Recon Breakpoint Beta
Ghost Recon Breakpoint launches on October 4 but you can get an early chance to infiltrate its open world when the Beta kicks off this September. Running from September 5-8, the Beta will let players explore the Auroa archipelago, alone or in four-player co-op, and face the renegade Wolves.
Just Dance 2020
Just Dance is turning 10 this year, and it’s celebrating with the announcement of Just Dance 2020 for Wii, Switch, Xbox One, PS4 and the Stadia gaming platform. Just Dance 2020 comes backed with 40 new songs from a variety of artists you love and some you may not know about, but may come to love through the power of dance.
Rainbow Six Quarantine
Set several years into the future of the Rainbow Six Universe, Rainbow Six Quarantine takes the tactical action that the series is known for and sets it against the backdrop of an entirely new co-op campaign. When a mutated alien parasite starts infecting human hosts, it’s up to the Operators of Team Rainbow to stop the deadly threat before time runs out.
Gods & Monsters
From the creators of Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey comes Gods & Monsters, a storybook adventure about a forgotten hero on a quest to save the Greek gods. The game launches on 25 February 2020 on PC, Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and Stadia.
Roller Champions
A free-to-play title, Roller Champions allow players to compete in matches between two teams of three and roll up to glory, compete in bigger stadiums by winning matches and gaining fans. Feel the thrill of riding up and down the wall of the arena, tackling your opponents, and dodging them at just the right moment to make as many laps as possible. The arena awaits you!
UPlay+
UPlay+ is Ubisoft’s PC subscription service that provides members with unlimited access to over 100 games, DLC and updates, allowing for one unified ecosystem. Available to try for free between 3-30 September this year.
