Wizards of the Coast hosted the full debut of Magic: The Gathering | Marvel’s Spider-Man at PAX West earlier today.
Launching worldwide on September 26, 2025, Magic: The Gathering | Marvel’s Spider-Man brings Marvel’s friendly neighbourhood hero (and plenty of his greatest allies and enemies) straight into the world of Magic.
This set isn’t just a casual cross-over. It’s a full-blown set packed with web-slinging flavour, iconic comic art, and gameplay twists that feel like they’ve leapt right off the page.
What Was Revealed at PAX West
During the special PAX West panel, fans got the an in-depth look at what’s coming. Highlights included:

If that wasn’t enough, Wizards also teased a Spider-Man themed Secret Lair drop at the panel. The art style mimics the look of dramatic Daily Bugle headlines, giving these cards a gritty, street-level twist that Spider-Man fans will recognise instantly.
The Start of a New Chapter
This release marks the next step in the growing Magic x Marvel collaboration, following the fan-favourite Secret Lair drop earlier this year.
The set invites players into a web of thrilling encounters, with cards featuring Spider-Man, Miles Morales, and Gwen Stacy, plus iconic villains like Kraven The Hunter, Electro, Vulture and more.
