Star Wars
The Rise of Skywalker
A brand new poster, new footage and details on Keri Russell’s character have been revealed by Lucasfilm at D23 today.
The poster image depicts the looming threat of Emperor Palpatine, once thought to be long dead. While this had fans excited for the upcoming film, it was the new footage that had fans losing their minds.
According to reports the new footage included flashbacks from the previous films in the franchise as well as sounds of Darth Vader’s laboured breathing. What really excited fans and left them questioning was the depiction of Rey in a Sith robe wielding a dual-bladed red lightsaber. What could this mean?
