This year’s PAX Aus is playing host to the most exciting Tabletop area to date with colossal franchises, fan-favourite experiences and the debut of legendary worlds taking centre stage. Warhammer Storms PAX for the First Time Ever
In a PAX Aus first, Games Workshop is bringing the iconic Warhammer Fantasy and 40K universes to the showfloor. Whether you're new to the grim darkness of the 41st Millennium or a battle-hardened veteran of the old world, experience hands-on Warhammer action with miniature painting workshops, learn-to-play sessions and exclusive retail offerings.
eBay Presents: Magic the Gathering Live at the PAX Arena
Presenting Partner of this year’s Tabletop Hall, eBay, will be rewarding guests with limited edition prizes as they complete challenges around the Tabletop Hall. They will also be levelling up Friday night in the PAX Arena with an epic Magic: The Gathering Live Play event featuring special guests, food, drinks and plenty of surprises.
It’s the ultimate celebration of cards and community.
Cryptids Unleashed: MetaZoo TCG Makes Its PAX Debut
MetaZoo TCG arrives at PAX with a cryptid-powered bang. Discover a world of mythical creatures from Bigfoot to the legendary Aussie Drop Bear in this unique trading card experience. Whether you’re a seasoned Caster or just curious, the MetaZoo team is ready to show you the ropes.
Step Into the Multiverse with Magic: The Gathering – Spider-Man
Magic: The Gathering fans are in for a web-slinging treat with the new Marvel’s Spider-Man set. Head to the Magic Play Area for a free welcome deck and beginner demonstrations, along with Magic: The Gathering tourneys and special events.
Bandai Brings the Heat with Anime Card Game Powerhouses
Bandai Card Games are bringing some massive anime titles to PAX Aus 2025 including One Piece, Dragon Ball Super Card Game Fusion World, Digimon Card Game and the brand new, highly- anticipated Gundam Card Game.
VR Distribution Brings the Biggest Licenses With Galaxy-Spanning Adventures
PAX Aus visitors will be able to try games based on legendary licenses The Witcher, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Lilo & Stitch, CATAN, LEGO and so much more!
Also, celebrating 30 years of strategy and fun, the CATAN team will showcase the all-new 6th Edition and attendees can also check out the latest from Star Wars: Unlimited.
Board Games Brings their ‘A’ Game
Check out new releases and convention promos from your favourite Tabletop Publishers like Dungeons and Dragons, Stonemaier Games, Good Games Publishing, Keymaster Games, Chaosium and more, bringing attendees the latest and greatest in tabletop.
And don’t forget to participate in Games Quest to collect your stickers to win prizes.
Disney Lorcana and Ravensburger Return
Disney Lorcana is back by popular demand! Learn to play this magical trading card game, enter on- demand challenges and check out the expanded Ravensburger area with puzzles, board games and exclusive promos. Hosted by TAK Games, the area features special evening events and a Ravensburger pop-up store.
And finally, fan favourite Paint and Take, sponsored by Two Thin Coats, will be open daily from 10am -6pm. Choose from a selection of FREE minis, grab some high-quality paints and let your creativity run wild. Whether you’re a first-time painter or a seasoned pro, there’s something for everyone and plenty of surprises in store! Special paint activities are planned after 6pm on Friday and Saturday, so don’t forget to swing by after a big day.
