2020 is shaping up to be the year of the canary.
With Rachel Skarsten, the Black Canary on TV’s Birds of Prey, headlining Oz Comic-Con this June, the pop culture convention has secured another popular canary to join her: Caity Lotz!
Lotz is best known for her portrayal of Sara Lance a.k.a the White Canary in the CW’s Arrowverse, though many will recall her role as the Black Canary in Arrow‘s earlier seasons before death and subsequent rebirth, thanks to the Lazarus Pit, as the White Canary.
A key figure throughout the Arrowverse, Lotz can be seein playing the White Canary in the CW shows Legends of Tomorrow, Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, and Batwoman.
With a portfolio of roles from both the small and silver screen, Lotz may also be recognised for her portrayal of Stephanie Horton in AMC’s Mad Men, Officer Kirsten Landry in MTV’s Death Valley, and the lead role of Ava in the science fiction film, The Machine.
Oz Comic-Con, which takes place this June in Melbourne, will be her first Australian convention. She will join fellow guests, Rachel Skarsten and Doug Jones throughout the whole weekend, and will be available for Q&A sessions, as well as other fan opportunities.
