MC Esports LAN

MC Esports Pro and Amateur Division CS:GO LAN

MC Esports, a grassroots esports Organisation based in Sydney, will be hosting a CS:GO LAN this February. The LAN will take place at FBI Gaming in Sydney on 2 & 3 February.

With both an amateur and pro division, MC will be catering to the ANZ CS:GO community as a whole, providing an opportunity for players of all levels to compete for a chance at winning a cash prize. This LAN also gives the community the chance to come together in a social space to gain experience and showcase their skills.

MC Esports is committed to contributing to the growth of grassroots esports, setting the standard in Australia as well as pushing boundaries where possible. Combined with their commitment to raising awareness for Mental Health and wellbeing, the MC LAN prize pool will be distributed with a fraction of the champions’ cur being donated to their charity of choice.

Distribution:

1st: $600 ($500 Takehome ; $100 charity)

2nd: $150 ($150 Takehome)

This event will be open to public spectators for free. Those who aren’t comfortable competing will be able to enjoy the social aspects of the LAN scene.

The overwhelming interest from the community has allowed MC to expand the LAN from a one day event to a two day, mixed division LAN, giving MC the opportunity to cater to a larger number and variety of applicants.

The event will be streamed to the MC Esports Twitch channel, for those who are unable to attend.
